In front of the bay of Robert, protected by the barrier reef and numerous small islands which make part of one of the most beautiful bays of Martinique, the bungalows of Le Chancel are nestled in a garden of 1400 sqm and just a few steps away from the sea, they offer beautiful verandas and open living.
They can host up to 10 people in A/C bedrooms.

A welcome breakfast is also offered the first morning
The bungalow on the left can accommodate up to 6 people.
It's made up of 2 double bedrooms, one of which also has a bunk bed. The bedrooms are not big but have A/C and fans. They also have mosquito nets.
Bathroom with shower.
Small living room with table & chairs, TV and CD players with radio, USB port for MP3's.
Office with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine. It leads onto the outside kitchen.
The second bungalow is made up in the same way, but the kitchen is inside and takes up what would be the office space.
In one of the double bedrooms there is an ample wardrobe, which replaces the space of the bunk bed and the second bedroom is open plan with the bathroom.
The area dedicated to the shower and toilet are separated by a curtain. On the outside there is a shower for after your return from the beach. Between the two bedrooms and the kitchen, there is a small living room with table & chairs, TV, CD player with radio with a USB port for MP3's.
The Le Chancel bungalows are located in a quiet area, just a few hundred meters away from a sailing center and not far away from the town centre with its numerous restaurants & shops.
The islands of Chancel & Madame are easily reachable, where you can pass the day away on the beach, immersed in the tepid waters and white sands of the fonds blancs di Robert.
To reach the islands you can hire a sail boat from the sailing centre not far away from the bungalows. Sail boats can be hired for use or taxied by JD, (15euro return for the day to Madame island.)
By car, you can get to the beaches on the Peninsula of Trinité and the numerous surf spots along the Atlantic coast. The forests in the north, with there buggy tracks and numerous trekking paths and the gorge of Falaise are also not far.
Try the hike to the summit of Volcano Pelée, canoying and other various historical spots of Martinique, like Habitation Clement at Francois, Fond St Jacques at Ste Marie, both of which northern distilleries in Martinique.
With out forgetting the beautiful beaches of the south easily reachable with in ½ hours drive.
